Free troubleshooting tool · We don't read your emails

The code hasn't arrived—
don't rush to change your address

This page won't pretend to run automatic checks. Choose a symptom and we'll guide you through the next step based on the real email delivery path, so repeated resend requests don't invalidate older codes.

What are you experiencing?

First, make sure the submitted address exactly matches the current inbox. Keep this page open and wait 2–5 minutes, then refresh it once manually. Don't change the address during this time.

Use the timing to decide what to do next

0–2 minutes

Most systems may still be processing the request. Confirm the address and wait patiently.

2–5 minutes

Refresh once manually and check whether the sending website shows that the email was sent successfully.

5–15 minutes

Request a resend only once, then use only the newest verification code.

After 15 minutes

Consider sender-side blocking, an expired address, or a delay on the service side—and switch to a long-term option.

Delivery path checklist

  • The submitted address exactly matches the current address
  • You haven't clicked “Get a new one” while waiting
  • The address countdown hasn't reached zero
  • The original website clearly says the email was sent
  • You requested only one latest verification code
  • After refreshing, check the sender and subject—not just the brand name

Often mistaken for an inbox problem

Sender domain policy: a website may actively block disposable email addresses.

Sending queue: verification emails may be delayed during peak periods, and the receiving side can't speed up the sender's queue.

Old codes expire: after multiple resend requests, an email that arrived first may already be invalid.

The address was changed: emails sent to the old address won't appear in the new inbox.

Temporary email or forwarding alias?

TaskRecommendationWhy
One-time download or trialTemporary emailNo need to keep receiving mail after the task is complete
Low-value forum verificationTemporary emailKeep marketing emails out of your main inbox
Shopping and ordersPermanent forwardingYou may still need delivery and refund notifications later
Paid-account recoveryPermanent forwardingThe address needs to remain under your long-term control
Medical, financial, or work-related mattersTrusted long-term emailThese shouldn't be entrusted to a short-term inbox

Attachment limits can also affect delivery

Temporary email doesn't retain attachments, and messages over 100MB are rejected. With permanent forwarding, attachments up to 50MB can be forwarded and retained; attachments from 50–100MB are forwarded but not retained; anything over 100MB is rejected.

Will refreshing invalidate the verification code?

No. Refreshing only reloads the inbox; requesting another code from the sending website may invalidate the old one.

Can I still view emails sent to the old address after changing addresses?

Don't rely on it. Changing the address invalidates the old inbox relationship, so don't switch addresses while waiting for an email.

Can MsgGone tell me whether the sender has blocked my address?

A static troubleshooting page can't reliably determine the sender's internal policies. If the original website says that the domain isn't supported, follow its guidance and switch to a long-term email address.
